INDUSTRY VISIT - INFINITUM TECHNOLOGIES

            The industry visit to Infinitum Technologies Inc., held on March 21, 2025, at Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA), was an enriching experience organized under the course IT Seminars and Educational Trips. This initiative was designed to expose students to actual industry settings in the field of Information Technology and bridge the gap between classroom knowledge and real-world applications.

         Infinitum Technologies Inc., a company known for its diverse IT solutions—from software development to network systems and enterprise services—welcomed us with open arms. Professionals from various departments took the time to explain their roles, share insights on current industry practices, and provide a glimpse into the day-to-day operations of IT professionals. We were able to tour different areas of the company and observe how IT workflows are managed in a real corporate environment.

        One of the most impactful aspects of the visit was the chance to engage in conversations with experts, where we asked about career paths, technologies used, and expectations for fresh graduates. This allowed us to see the professional standards and competencies expected in the field. The experience reinforced the importance of adaptability, continuous learning, and collaboration in today’s tech-driven workplace.
