        Our team, ByteWise Matrix, organized the seminar "Unlocking Creativity: Figma Basics and Beyond" on September 14, 2024, with Mr. John Neo Lopez as the resource speaker. The event aimed to introduce participants to Figma's essential features and the fundamentals of UI/UX design. It ran smoothly, offering attendees practical tips and workflows to kick-start their creative process, and inspiring them to explore the world of design.

        As an organizer, I found the experience both rewarding and educational. Developing the seminar content highlighted the importance of preparation and the need to create material that not only informs but also motivates. Our team worked hard to ensure that the presentation was clear and engaging, making sure participants could easily understand the tools and concepts we discussed.

     One of the key takeaways was how Figma’s real-time collaboration features could enhance teamwork in design projects. Moving forward, I plan to apply these insights in my own work, improving both collaboration and design efficiency. The techniques we covered, such as auto-layout and variants, are practical tools that will be useful for organizing content and structuring future projects and seminars.

      The positive feedback from participants was encouraging. Many attendees appreciated the smooth flow of the event and the clarity of the content. It was fulfilling to know that the effort we put into organizing the seminar paid off, as attendees found the material both informative and easy to follow.
